Starthop has three plans: Basic at CHF 9.90, Pro at CHF 14.90 and Ultra at CHF 19.90 per user per month. Paying yearly costs ten months instead of twelve, and up to five accountant seats are always free.

Prices in CHF, excluding VAT. Every plan includes monthly AI credits - 20 per person on Basic, 150 on Pro and 600 on Ultra - and the tier decides which AI features can use them. Up to five accountant-only members are free on any paid plan. You start on 14 days of Pro without a card, and choose a plan once you know which one you want.
Every new organisation starts with 14 days of the Pro plan for free. When the trial ends you choose a plan - nothing is charged automatically.
Prices are in Swiss francs and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record.

Some organisations like how Starthop works but need it on their own infrastructure, connected to their own systems or shaped around their own processes. Whether you are a team of ten or a group with thousands of people, we work out the right setup with you and deliver it as a project.

How much does Starthop cost?
Starthop costs CHF 9.90 (Basic), CHF 14.90 (Pro) or CHF 19.90 (Ultra) per user per month, excluding VAT. With annual billing you pay for ten months and get twelve.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets the Pro plan free for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends unless you choose a plan.
Does my accountant need a paid seat?
No. Every plan includes up to five free accountant seats, so your fiduciary or tax advisor can collect invoices and receipts without adding to your bill.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What are AI credits?
AI credits are the monthly allowance for AI features such as reading invoices, analysing contracts, matching job leads to your team or writing wiki articles. Each plan includes a number of credits per user; heavier jobs use more credits than light ones.
Which plan includes developer API access?
The developer REST API and API key management are included exclusively in the Ultra plan. Basic and Pro plans do not include API access.
Can we host Starthop on our own servers?
Yes, as a project with us. Organisations of any size can have Starthop installed on their own infrastructure or adapted to their processes and systems. Write to info@starthop.app and we will define the setup, the implementation and the support together.
